Skated Our Way

My friend Ginny and I have skated our way through many celebrations and troubles. We both inline skate and there have been lots of conversations on the 10 mile trail of Shelby Bottoms. Between us we have launched businesses, lost family members, celebrated awards (so loud the bridge walkers peered over to see if someone was hurt), we've prayed and consoled each other. I am grateful for the miles we have skated! They have been great for our muscles and brain… and most of all great for our friendship.
