Forever part of My Story

I’m so thankful for my friend Laurie LaGraize! She understands me at a heart level, chases Jesus with me, laughs with me. But I’ll never forget the time during when my daughter was dealing with post traumatic stress when I was so scared because I didn’t know if I would get her back. She came knocking at my door, found me in my bedroom where I had soaked the carpet with tears. She looked me in the eye and told me the truth in the middle of all my fear. She reminded me to believe in what I couldn’t see. Little did we know she would soon after face some incredibly hard days herself with her son. I was able to do the same for her. Both children are on the other side now, and I’m so thankful. She will forever be part of my story and my heart.
