The first picture is of me and my roommate, Ashley, with a woman who I like to call my “Nashville mom”, Linda. Taken on my birthday a couple of months ago.

The second picture was taken 3.5 years ago moments before I was wheeled back to the OR. The lady by my side? Her name is Denice and she is now the proud owner of over 60% of my liver. We call each other, Liver Sisters.
